I want to take this moment to express how grateful we are with the initial experience that we have come through with Stephan. You had taken the time out to personally get to know us not only as customers but as individual people with personality. Your tireless energy and commitment from the very first appointment to the key hand over has been impeccable.
We appreciate that we have been able to call upon your expertise right from the get go, with the design of the plan, the measurements, even the finer details the i thought were not possible, things like raising the heights of the bench tops to adequate the height of our family have impressed us immensely.
Being able to advise us through the initial process which in my eyes was probably the hardest, as our ever changing wants increased daily. Also being able to advise us on the process of the Brokers, who I must add were fantastic.
We can’t fault anything that you have done for us Stephan as you do not do wrong by us, but rather made our experience a more positive experience, i thank you for your endless patience, and for constantly explaining each step to myself mostly.
