Adam and I met Stephan late 2014. Right from our initial meeting, Stephan was very approachable and spent a large amount of time questioning our desired for a house plan.
No matter how many times I made large or small changes, just to change them back again, Stephan was always willing and able to assist and respond to us in a timely matter.
Unlike majority of the other sale consultants we had previously dealt with, Stephan was not shy to advise if a particular part of our required design was not the most functional or good value for money, we highly regarded this asset, as first time home builders, we wanted a lot of things that were extremely expensive and in some instances not as functional for everyday living, rather than Stephan adding our request to the list without a thought, he would advise us of the con’s and make sure we were 100% sure on the decision.
Throughout the process we face particular obligations, bound by the company contract (standard with all builder) such as fees for changing your tile selection, in this particular situation I was stressed that we had made the wrong selection, to ease my worry, Stephan opted to take the cost off his commission if we wished to make a change, this was a humbling reflection of Stephan for us.
We are well into 2016 and due to lot titles (nothing to do with the builder) we are still seeing our house being built right now, and still, we have had contact and assistance from Stephan even though we were handed over to Pre-Start and Construction Team months ago.
Needless to say, Stephan has been a great Sales Consultant for us, we would have no hesitations to revisit him for our next hour or recommending him to anyone.
